Are you currently a manager working for Asset Management or Boutique Investment Firm with strong guideline compliance experience? Would you be interested in leveraging your experience to join a highly successful and privately owned Asset Management Firm in Boston? The Manager of Investment Guideline Compliance will lead a 3-person team responsible for reviewing and interpreting new client guidelines, reviewing/approving guideline coding for new portfolios and testing rules, pre- and post-trade incident review and processing, ensuring incidents are handled in accordance with Guideline Protocols, and performing ad hoc portfolio analyses. The Manager of Investment Guideline Compliance will also support and develop the compliance team, identify opportunities to improve processes and mitigate risk, and participate in specials projects as they arise.
