Well-established Asset Management Company located in the greater Boston area has an immediate opening for a Property Accountant. Excellent opportunity for the candidate with 2-4 years of public accounting experience and exposure to commercial real estate clients to join a dynamic and growing team! The Property Accountant will be responsible for general ledger maintenance, journal entries, reconciliations, generating and analyzing financials, preparing audit workpapers, and budget reprojections. The Property Accountant will also review purchases to ensure correct coding and payment, resolve any property accounting issues with Property Managers or other departments, provide support to Accounting and Property Managements, and participate in special projects.
